I forgot to include last night's numbers. The numbers are still high and the drops aren't huge, of course, but they have gone down... I'm happy!

Body Fat: 43.9
BMI: 37.6

I would like to get a scale that can also analyze water % and bone mass (?), maybe I'll ask for it as my Valentine's gift. So romantic! = D
