Just got my pedometer that I ordered a month or so ago. ¬_¬ But yeah, it's a great bit of kit, at least so far. Takes your temperature, shows the time and date, records your steps, has USB function, and has a few other features, too. I think I'll go out for my usual 4 mile-ish walk and see what it shows me.

My pedometer tells me the following information for my 1 hour and 31 minute walk: 10,224 steps. 1.83steps per seconds. 4.985 miles. 3.216mph. 673.322kcal burned.

Did some more walking. 30 minutes in total. (15 there, and 15 back) I'm now totalling 6.577 miles walking for today. I'll only be recording actual walks, not just like... walking to the bathroom and back, because that just doesn't count. :P Apparently I've burned 888.5kcal today, according to my 'meter. Approximately 13,492 steps, in total.

I did weigh myself, but I shan't log it because it seems to be the same, possibly a touch lighter or heavier... hard to tell. Can't wait to get digital, accurate scales.

Oh yeah and I have a very long walk looming, which I need to prepare for. I know I can do it, because I've done it once before. (a few weeks back) 5 and a half hours, over 15 miles, through a number of villages, along main roads, up country hills, ... eek. It's amazing, truly, but quite tiring. I'm looking forward to it, though. It'll be the 21st I do that. I can't wait to take my 'meter and log a crap ton of stuff. :D

O.O Damn, just discovered I was 224lbs some millenia ago, rather than the 220 I thought I was, which means I've so far lost a whopping 41 pounds.

11:08pm. Struggling with today's fast. I'm at 489kcal, approximately, and reeeeally want to eat. I've had only one salad of actaul food, that was ages ago. I'm surviving on protein shakes right now. xD I can't wait for tomorrow, so I can eat all sorts.

Ah, I caved. I really felt the need to eat. I'm only 89kcal over that arbitrary 600kcal limit. I don't feel particularly bad, because it's not much, I did walk over 6 miles today, and I'm still massively under what I should be eating. I'm surprised so many people do this and call it healthy... I feel like this is really dodgy.
