I went over my cal and carb intakes again. I really need to stop doing it, or I'm not gonna loss my weight. Tomorrow is my weigh in and measurement day, I hope I lost something this week.
It's been 2 weeks and I'm still smoke free 😃, so I do have that to be happy about.
