Hurrah! 6 pounds! (But they are the pounds I gained a month back haha) - nice to be rid of them. Husband has lost 4lbs as well on 1800 cals a day :)
81.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
