well I have been trying to figure out what kind of exercise I can do..I have a 3 year old that I am constantly trying to keep out of things. I will fit more in next week. But I am down two pounds or so.
109.2 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 34.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

exercise is a tough thing to fit in. i have made it more of a priority and started the couch to 5k running plan as well as a brazilian jiu-jitsu class which really works your core (and its a blast). good job on the 2 lbs!!! keep it up!!!
