About to do my workout for the night, I had such a good day. I am really hoping for a decent loss on Sunday, I am tempted to check now, but do not want to form that addiction.

I really enjoyed my Swiss Chalet tonight, and I was able to plan it into my day no problem. I am still full. A while ago I used to be able to eat the quarter chicken dinner and ribs, but tonight, I was quite satisfied after the chicken and fries. In fact dinner was 2 hours ago, and I am still full. I will have my nachos tomorrow night :)

I grabbed a hour cat nap after supper, just exhausted after this week. Planning to do some weights this weekend, and the gazelle, and hoping to get a walk with my dad in on Sat.

I will try my jeans on next week, and I am crossing my fingers that they fit. But if they don't I will keep going. But still really really really really want them to fit :P. Even though the jeans are not fitting yet, I think I am going to go to the store and try on a pair of 16 dress pants, the 18's are getting loose. Even though the scale says I am loosing 1.5 a week, I still think I am getting smaller....4 months ago I was in a 20 dress pant, and now I am getting close to getting in a 16. YAY)

I am really trying to just make this my life, not trying to be focused on it so much, I find all I think about is exercising, and what I can eat. If I switch my thinking to what I am trying to do as a life-style change, maybe it won't drive me mad.

Hope all of you have a great weekend. Don't have any plans for tomorrow but my goals are Workout for 1.5 hours total in the day, aim for my 1800, all the water I can handle, and eating healthy.

Woot for dropping sizes! That is fantastic! I hope those jean fit, but is they don't this time... they will very soon. I'm going to borrow some of your mojo and get my butt to the gym and do my weight lifting. Nice Jon on the food too. It's so nice to still figure out how to have some bad stuff now and then too. I had fajitas at chili's tonight. :)
