I am waiting for the test results for my thyroid, I want to make sure everything is good. I have gained almost all the weight I had lost back again, but it is not a problem. I am swimming almost everyday for an hour and riding my bike 15-30 minutes. I have also started daily burn program, I have never been into exercise programs, but It was fun.
