6 x 500m races last night. Only 5 min rest in-between. I DID IT, I FINISHED EVERY SINGE DAMN RACE!
I was SO fricken pumped last night when I got home. I was almost hyper.
Most of the team wants me to do at least one race...we'll see, its a conditioning and confidence thing. I feel good, but not sure if I am ready for that.

Great job, I would do at least one...sometimes it is good to push yourself to do something that is tough to do, you will feel so good afterwards...even better than last night.....

:) I was SOOOO pumped....thanks everyone. I feel so much better today than I did. It was a TOTAL mind over matter, and I beat my mind. I said you are going to finish everything the coach asks of you tonight, your body may hate you...but that's ok...it will love you when you get the results you want :) I am actually looking forward to my workout tonight...WHAT A FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
