Feeling great, four weeks completed i lost around 8 kg ( 17 lbs ), my shirts are getting lose. excited for result of the june month.
129.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
