I know my calories are a little off tonight because I had dinner at a banquet hall during the school play. I tried to remember what I ate and approximate the values on here, based on what I thought I was served (ie not sure what type of ham it was, or how they make the sauce, etc.)... so I think it was still a valiant effort on my part... plus I ate light all day so that I could "afford" the dinner... so I enjoyed myself, even the chocolate mousse dessert and some sweet tea! :)
