I feel like i'm not eating right... I'm not sure if i should watch my calories or my RDI%. Anyone knows??

I think the way to go is to watch your calorie breakdown. You could cut down on carbs by eliminating or cutting down on the beverages. That might help because that way you can add more protein to your diet while still staying with your RDI. I think protein plus exercise should help with weightloss because you can better fuel your muscles which then can burn more calories for you to create greater caloric deficits.
