August is my new month! I just found out that I will be laid off work for 3 months, so no more excuses that I have no time to workout! Even with having my 84 yr old dementia'd mom living with me full-time, I need to take care of myself too. Going to try my best to not overeat & to make healthy food purchases to not have the temptations around. Wish me luck! 🤞

Focus on building routines and habits that will work, start slow, don't overwhelm yourself. You have some challenges ahead, but you can do it, and you will be glad you did.

If I can just lose 10-15 pounds, I'll be closer to my nice size & low weight from 4 years ago. Thankfully I never got back up to my starting weight! I appreciate all the kind words & motivational support 🙏 😊
