Looks great, watch the cholesterol in the eggs though. 2 will put you over your RDI for the day

Nik - I believe that limit was removed from the U.S. dietary guidelines in 2015 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6024687/#:~:text=In%20fact%2C%20the%202015%E2%80%932020,maintaining%20a%20healthy%20eating%20pattern.

The egg/cholesterol thing has been debunked according to the Mayo Clinic. Most healthy people can eat up to seven eggs a week without increasing their risk of heart disease.

Eggs are no longer the bad guy that they have been thought to be for so long but that being said, for those people with cholesterol issues it is still a good idea not to eat those seven eggs in one day— I have seen people here post pics of 3-4 for breakfast. Maybe not the swiftest idea.

I think we also need to be cognizant and respectful of other people's WOEs. I don't know for certain, but this looks to me like a keto, or at least low-carb, diet option. For me, it would totally not fit with my chosen diet, but it might fit right in for them. I try not to argue with people who've decided on a different strategy and seem comfortable with it. If I don't agree with what they're eating, I just scroll on past

@Kenna Morton @Nik Bushell
I eat 6-8 eggs at a time and put a raw one in my coffee. eggs are a super food. and if your body makes cholesterol, it also regulates it. if you don't eat enough, it makes it, if you eat more than you need it pushes it out. eggs are awesome.

Looks tasty to me! Especially the avocado! (My karate teacher requested we eat one egg a day for healthy nutrition.)
