Not much of a change, but at least it moved! I've been very active, and eating right. Still following about 1200 calories a day with at least 30 minutes to a hour of exercise. I think my biggest problem is drinking water. I just need to get better at that now. Since I have been eating this way with little meals every few hours I feel more energized and full. :-). I don't even really care to sit down to watch tv anymore. That is a big difference for me! Now if only I could get this house organized I would be winning!!!
