THIS IS HOW I LOSE MY WEIGHT
Before I had to restart last week this is what I have done the last time and I will be following it again.
THE REASON FOR MY RESTART:
I had a Diaphragmatic rupture and had to let my body and mind rest. I'm back to good health now and will restart my journey.
So I lost my first 16 Kgs by following the 28 day diet for 2 months. But this is not a lifestyle that you can upkeep. It did help me to lose most but the upkeep and losing more takes time.
I did gain 4kgs back after my diet and then started to gym.
I am now eating 1200 Cal on weekdays and 2000 Cal over the weekends.
My daily diet consists out of a dietary supplement called LeanODrene before eat anything in the morning it is quite expensive it is R520 a bottle.
My weekdays of 1200 Cal consists of:
BREAKFAST
30g Otees cereal
100ml fat free milk
LUNCH
2× scoops (50g)EVOX Lean-pro diet MPR with water.
DINNER
Anything I want like Chiken snitchel burger or rice, steak and vegetable or pap and wors. I also use sauses like sweet chilli, peri peri or 1000 islands. I just don't go over my daily 1200 Cals.
*I don't really snack in between but if I do get hungry I will work in like 10g peanuts or a orange. Then usually my dinner will just be smaller portions.
Over the weekends. I usually eat basically what I want as long as I stay in my 2000 Cals. I do also drink alcohol just Whiskey thou but not with water 🤮 I drink my Whiskey with Sprite zero or any Zero soda. I just work it into my Cals for the day.
*please don't think this is easy it takes time to get use to. This has been a full 1 year journey for me. I did stumble alot in the beginning. when over my Cals a bit etc. Gym sessions are very important to I work off (1102 cals)most of the Cals I eat a day.

@bubbles I do 1000 cals during the week and try to keep it the same on weekends. But I don't exercise, maybe that's y. Most I've lost in a week is maybe 1.5 I think that was just water weight. But thanks for sharing. And what does the tablet do?
