Today another page in Life's New chapter and it's looking good. 5lb loss. Went for first walk in weeks. My goodness the Sun was so hot, so only to the chemist and back, about 45 minutes. Have to avoid direct sunlight so the brolly came out, I must have looked daft. I wish it could melt excess fat. lol Thank you all for your support, I wish you all well with your journeys.
