Today for the first time in 10 exact years I wore swimsuit bottoms without a skirt!!! I grew to my hight of 5'11 really fast in 7-8th grade. Yes I'm blessed with long legs but they come with battle wounds. Aka: stretch marks. I have covered them up in my late teens when I realised that they exhisted "bad enough" that I did not want anyone to see them. Today I wore the normal bottoms that came with the tankini I had bought. It felt good to feel good about myself...shoot if all these old ladies with all respect can wear normal bottoms than I can too! Hubby gets home tomorrow he's been gone 3 weeks. Today we caught up for lunch since he got to come home for 3 hrs. Another night at the armory then he's home to our bed at night!!! He got home around October from his tour in Iraq so 9 months later NOW/TODAY we are already hearing rumors of another tour. I feel like I just got him home!!!!! I'm trying not to get bummed out about it, I just keep telling myself that today I have time with him and today is the only day I can do anything about. The whole drama with the boys and their bio mom and them living with her new husbands parents in a two bedroom house and there's 4 adults, 7 kids. Then our oldest 11yrs old says I hope our mom gets that trailer. It's a bunch of crap and I needed to vent It will get old hearing my rants but eh oh well better out than in.

Go ahead & "rant"! I hope you feel better! With all that stress, I would have to put a lock on the pantry door! lol! My hubby leaves in 6 weeks for National Guard basic training! He will be gone for a total of 20 weeks! He won't be home until Christmas! I don't know how to mentally prepare for it. We don't have kids. We do have a lot of supportive family & friends! Lord, help me control my emotional eating! :S
