I feel your pain. I too become discouraged, sometimes too quickly. Keep on and you'll do it. If only taking weight off was as fun and easy as it is putting it on. It's a lot of work and if I don't see results quickly, I become discouraged and feel like quiting. We have to carry on sista.....you can do it.
