Dewi : iyaa ka kalau larangan ini itu sih ga ada aku ka cuma tau batasan & porsi aja, yang penting protein harus nyampe minimal 1.5x BB & asupan gula kurang 50gr (asupan gula termasuk gula dari semua karbo) itu kalau aku ka 🙏
