We are on vacation with family in Colorado. The eating for the drive out was not good at all, but I am watching it here. I got to swim laps in a nice pool yesterday, took a walk and a short bike ride. I will take a good bike ride today too. Nice when you can see the backdrop of the mountains and lots of hills to conquer! I am going to get outside as often as possible this week!
