Almost had a heart-attack on mounting the scales this morning - 3 hideous stones overweight!! The situation is grim. It's grim but it is not hopeless.

Have re-started diet with new enthusiasm, having gained 6lbs on top of previous terrible weight, since last weighing in :(

Have just discovered 6 servings of Tesco skimmed milk makes up my whole 1/2 a pint skimmed milk allowance and is 210 calories... I am aiming to stick to 1300 cals a day (leaving 1080 just for food/slimfast/fruit etc) and Paul is having a bit more because he's a man :)
