YES! My P90X is in! I will start on this Friday. I need time to read and plan the meals especially. I'm doing the P90 Lean and just to give you an idea of the daily food requirements, Here goes:
For Phase 1 "Fat Shredder" P90XLean
5 servings of protein (one serving is equivalent to 3 oz of seafood, poultry, beef (lean), or 6 egg whites, or 2 slices turkey bacon, etc. etc.)
2 servings of Dairy (one serving is equivalent to 8oz of yogurt (plain nonfat), skim milk, etc. etc.)
1 serving of carbs (one serving is equivalent to 2 slice of wheat bread, cup of beans, cup of pasta, etc.)
2 servings of veggies (one serving is equivalent to 2 cups of salad greens or 1 cup of cooked veggies)
1 serving of fruit (one serving is equivalent to medium sized fruit or 8oz fruit juice, etc.)
1 snack (100 calories)
1 protein bar
1 recovery drink (I'm not buying nor drinking that, will sub with protein shake)
