im at a 4 day stall! but i know it's because i stopped counting and i have been drinking lots of wine. i guess i just told myself that if this is gonna be a lifestyle i need to treat it as such. im not eating any grains so i figured i was ok. i guess my body isnt ready for that yet. i need to acutally follow the program and find my max carb number to help me stay on track.
oh i was also soooo mad when i discovered that the "butter" i was using turned out to be 53% veg oil! im gonna go to the store today and fix that. ;)
ooooo.. im also gonna get some coconut oil. i have head great things about it.

Hi Lulu, I ordered some coconut oil from Amazon after reading how it helped others. I also increased my fat so will see how that goes for me! I've been going back and forth between 152.5 and 154 for weeks it seems! Today finally a new number 151.5!

Good on you for recognising your stall. Have fun with the coconut oil, but start with a tsp a day and work your way up or you might have unfortunate side effects toilet wise LOL
