I only have 3 days worth of the Ideal Protein food to eat and then I'm going to be eating every meal with nothing pre-packaged. I can't wait! I would just forget about it now, but I am still losing weight and I did pay for the nasty powdered "food", so just a few days left. I was so scared to weigh myself yesterday, after the heavy cream, cheeses, real butter, and the increased calories I've been eating. I couldn't believe I really did lose 2 lbs since last Thursday! I can't wait to see where I'll be next week, and next month, even next year!
