stalled? Not stalled? Not a single pound in over a week? Considering easing off this weekend for the holiday and start a clean induction all over again on Monday for 2 weeks and see if it jump starts me again. This sucks, I have been super dedicated and optimistic that this time would be different. What is wrong with my body?? Did I really wreck it all those years when I was thin and took it for granted? Frustrated as hell today!!
