Ugghhh.. I'm struggling! I've been for like the last 2 weeks. I lost 29.5 lbs since March and I slowly feel myself eating my way back up. I really want to get back on track but tomorrow never comes lol 😆 any suggestions?

coukd try eating lots of filling foods with really low calories so your not hungry to eat the bad stuff. this is one of the things I do. ... we all stumble, you got this
