tried the stone fired cheese pizza today (atkins) - not crazy about the carb content (11g), but it's MILES better than their 'breakfast' muffins...like eating cardboard. The pizza had a good flavor, and the crust was actually good! not something I'll eat frequently. but good for a quick lunch - just means dinner will be "safe" - mostly salad, maybe some chicken :)

its a muffin you make with flax seed flour in the microwave.Only takes a minute.Low carb. Try looking in recipes.

The shakes and bars are good but the frozen dinners are not that great. The frozen meals are good for one purpose, they remind you that portion size does matter.
