I refuse to record my weight today. Even though I've kept my calories reasonable, I've been taking in more carbs and haven't been moving much at all. Plus, it's "lady time" so... I'm just going to wait. I'll try again this weekend. I'd been losing 1/2 pound per day, so going up at all is not OK with me. Still getting on the scale, just not recording it again until it goes back down. :)
