So I’ve kind of strayed away from FatSecret…honestly I was getting tired of having to log everything I ate, plus my diet wasn’t really changing. Well, now I’ve changed things around a bit and need to start logging once again. See, I started doing CrossFit and it takes a lot out of you so I needed to change some of my eating habits a bit so I could have more energy/better fuel to burn during work outs. Also, I’ve stayed at the same weight and fluctuated up and down by about 2lbs. My trainer said to stop looking at the scale because everyone in CrossFit ends up gaining the first month or so due to muscle growth (which I totally believe!), so with that being said I’m trying not to stress over it too much because I can tell I have definitely gained muscles, but it would still be nice to see the scale going down. I’m hoping within another month or so my body will balance out and get used to me working out and then I will start to lose fat again…not muscle though! I worked too hard for what I’ve got going on right now lol
