It's so difficult once you get home and relax! Today, for the first time in a long time, I went straight from work to work out at the gym and it felt so good. I have ZERO motivation once I'm home. Try that - but make sure to take a healthy snack with you to avoid the unhealthy munchies!

Tough to find the time. I usually work 10 to 12 hours a day along with a commute of 2.5 to 5 hours. Farm, kids and piece of crap cars take up the rest of the time. Just found the motivation to do a mini workout at my office over lunch. We'll see how that goes!
