So today I started a 4-week no-carbonated beverage challenge and signed up for a 6-week exercise 5 times a week challenge. I also started a 30-day challenge with EA Active Sports Personal Trainer on the Wii so the exercise part should be easy to do. Although one low-intensity workout has me a little worn out today. I know it'll get easier, but still. I am tired! lol
