Well, I did it! Last night I didnt eat after 7. I didnt eat candy either. Sweets have quite the hold on me. This morning I woke up hungry but not crabby or crampy or bloated or upset. I ate a great and healthy bfast, good nutritious lunch. I am having some aches and pains and a headache but that could be because I am sleeping on the floor.

I am going to try to avoid mindless eating to numb the pain of my body. I will have a good dinner. I will allow myself an iced coffee after dinner made by my awesome husband.

Last night we went on a walk and during the walk I would lag behind and then run to catch up, on purpose. You know what I found? I love running. Now I just have to find a way to do it.

One day at a time. I can do this.
