I've now been on here for 1 week. I went from 239 to 237.5. When I got on the scale this morning, I saw 237.5 and 238, but decided to record the lowest value. Partly as a motivator for tomorrow - I don't want that number going up again!

I would be OK maintaining 1.5 lbs a week loss as an average - I want to manage 10 lbs a month, so that's a little low, but I'd take it!

The important thing is to weigh yourself at the same time every day/week/month, etc since our body will fluctuate throughout the day. I've seen a 3# difference in one day. Keep up the good work!

Thanks ArmyMustang - I do weigh myself roughly the same time of the day (morning, after exercise, before shower) but my scale isn't super accurate so it can fluctuate up to a pound just taking the readings! I know I should probably get a better scale, but if the number is still going down, that's good enough for me!
