This weekend was a weight lifting dream! 36 bags of mulch, raking, building a rock border. I am sore today! Hopefully it will stoke the furnace of my calorie burning. maintained light ketosis despite wine and vodka. Everything else is getting pretty routine and oh yeah, I know have lost INCHES!! 2 abs, 2 waist and 2 hips!! 1/2 inch in each thigh too. That's 7 inches!
