I've changed my RDI from 2000 to 1800 - going to try sticking to that for a week, and see if the weight comes off better - I'm finding that I'm pretty much maintaining right now instead of losing (lose one day, gain it back the next).

If I can maintain 1800 for a week, then I'll try lowering that..
