On my own tonight so I made spring rolls for dinner. The dipping sauce is so good. Tad salty because of the soy sauce. No rain today. First time in days that we had sun and made it to 70.

You made them? Recipe, please! LOL! Also what did you use in the dipping sauce? That really looks good and spring rolls are always chock full of veggies! YUM!

The dipping sauce is a Rachel Ray recipe. Soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, water and sesame sauce. I only had black sesame, but it worked very well. Rolls are rice paper, which I also use for edible sails on cakes, shrimp, cabbage, avocado, scallions, cucumber, water chestnuts and air fried glass noodles. An easy, fast and tasty meal.
