Down .2 pounds from yesterday after a cup of coffee. I'm feeling optimistic about the week. I weighed out and packed all my fruits and veggies last night, along with my lunch. Tons of plant matter today - it's going to be a hot one.
I started going through my back issues of Bon Appetit and archiving the recipes, so I have a lot of new dishes to keep everything interesting. It's going to be tough though - there are a lot of dessert recipes that look divine. I may have to save some calories for those beauties...
