So, I'm about to set off on my fist walk. It's cool out, so I'll probably work up a good sweat. I'll be doing a basic interval walk for 30 minutes, followed by lower-body strength training for 15 minutes. Tomorrow I'll be doing a toning walk for 20 minutes.
