What is this? Day 12? I should probably stop counting, since it makes it seem like this is a temporary process, and it's clearly not. I need to gather my strength for the long run.

I think the additional exercise is definitely making me feel more hungry. I felt the same way today as I did yesterday. Starving after the gym and continually hungry through and after dinner. I hoping this is something I can adjust to. I do feel a lot better after a workout.

I decided to walk the 4km to the gym today as a nice supplement to my regular workout. But I didn't check the weather before I set out. I imagined it was a beautiful day, like yesterday. The clouds looked very threatening, but I set out nonetheless. At about the 1 km mark, it started to sprinkle. I almost continued, thinking I could buy an umbrella if it got worse. But I made the decision to turn back and drive to the gym. It's good that I did because shortly after I got back home the skies opened up and released a deluge. I guess it's all about making good decisions;)
