So the notch on the stress-o-meter has been turned up by about 10! Consequently my eating habits aren't good at the moment. I'm basically not eating much of anything because my stomach is so upset with anxiety. Well, if nothing else, the side effect is that my blood sugar management is easier and the numbers are better.
