I’ve been sick with a bad cold this past week (the joys of working with children!) so I’ve not been able to work out at all this week. I’m still losing weight by lowering my calories, but I’ve finally managed to convince myself that the weight comes off quicker if you add exercise. Weight lifting is my workout of choice, I’m so miserable that all I can do right now is look at the weights in the corner of my room 😂

Thank you everyone. I’m feeling a bit better today so I might do some yoga or something light just to keep myself sane 😄
