trashed my shoulder last night in class. possibly dislocated/relocation. so no weights for a few weeks. no karate. going to have to be very careful regarding diet.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
