Hello.
I've finally done it. Today i weighted 94.5kgs which is 0.5kg below my actual weight.
Started september the 3rd with 115kg and lost 20.6kg in 139 days. That is 149 grams a day without getting crazy about it. I'm feeling pretty great about it.
My diet is removing all flower and most of sugar and replacing it with fruit as often as possible. Lots of oranges and apples.
I've now recovered my self esteem and people are responding to that.
Now i want to reach for my ideal weight which is between 80kg and 85kg.
I should achieve this goal by late march in this period i will be adding quite more exercise as i suppose diet alone wont do it.
