Happy Martin Luther King day!!

Little one's birthday week starts today! So exciting. I love birthdays, especially when they belong to Claire Parker :) She has asked for baked tilapia for her birthday dinner, and everyone else in the house couldn't agree more. We are going to bake and decorate her cake together, and Andy, Drew and Zach will eat most of it lol.

Speaking of eating sweets, I'm still having some tummy issues-not sure what's going on, but I plan on going to the dr later this week.

Thanks guys! Yeah she and my oldest step son always ask for tilapia. I give them the option to either go out to eat or get a custom birthday dinner. (I don't know what's wrong with them ;) Just kidding there's nothing wrong with them. I'm proud of them for liking healthy food. I think I found out what was wrong with my stomach. Too much protein and not enough fiber! I have learned my lesson...
