i love my new way of eating/living! im never starving, always satisfied, full of energy, not bored with my food choices... and my carbs are under control, calories are not too bad AND im actually losing weight! everyone needs to wake up and realize that we have all been brainwashed to believe that low fat, low calories = success.. yes, i have had succes that way, but in the long run it is just not good for our bodies. processed crap and wheat and 'whole grains' are NOT good. so eat your fat, drink your fat, eat your protein, dont eat the wheat and you WILL see results like me this is the way our ancestors have lived for hundreds of years!!! think about it....

im so happy and if you are gonna respond in some mean way- please i beg of you, to go to hulu.com and watch the moved fat head, then you can say anything you want to me.- but you wont change my mind. :D
