Well...After all the hulabaloo about my loss, I went and directly broke my stride and ate very badly.

I had a going away party here at work where everyone pitched in and brought food for the party. I made coctail weinies and meatballs and others brought various other yum yums. So basically, lunch was very good but not the best studd to eat when trying to watch myself.

To make matters worse, I ended up doing McD's last night.

Back on that horse today...

Awake, don't let that get to you, its ok to celebrate if we can't do that then we would be under alot of stress all the time because we wouldn't feel like we are getting to enjoy celebrations. You are doing great that was yesterday now put it behind you and keep on charging....
