I am following my doctor's advise pretty well... not eating bread, white sugar since Monday. I seem to be losing some of the water weight, until yesterday and the weight I lost I put it right back on. I have not had enough time for my medicine to work yet, so I am not concerned. I will lose the weight in the next 6 months to a year. Today i went to a luncheon with a friend and they had bread pudding and I ate some of it. I will not be going to much to these luncheons until my body is back to normal thyroid function. My friend doesn't like it when I just go and drink a juice or something. She feels uncomfortable eating alone with me sitting there.
