Kenpo x this morning, THis is my fave!Really trying to get my kicks higher and my punches tighter so my legs felt a little like jello going into work this am.ha ha.But its such a great work out! Last night I attempted my dvd but little girl kept needing me so gave up and played with her. Around 8 we went for a run/walk and she enjoyed that, fell asleep before it was over though. Was pleased that I could run for quite a ways. On a plus note saw 143 on the scale this morning but alittle nervous about logging it.
