Chest and core today. I could only do 5 reps and 3 sets of each core exercise but at least it’s a start. Hopefully by next week, I can do a little bit more!

Nothing wong with 3 sets of 5. Just build it up slowly and consistently and I'm sure you'll do well.

Thank you. I felt better knowing I had done the workout rather than feeling bad about the amount I had done. It’s better than not doing it at all, and my core is the weakest part of my body so it’s going to take time to build up the strength. Thank you so much for your support ❤️
