*sigh* I am not a slave to my circumstances, but it is so hard to face the consequences when I weigh in and have not lost the weight I promised myself I would. I had a goal of 133 this week and didnt even break it during the week. I need my tuesday exercise class back!!! Next week for sure!

So in the meantime my goal remains at 133, I am going to exercise for 30 minutes every day (treadmill or Walking video) and I am NOT going to snack after dinner. This goal applies to the next 7 days. Here we go.
61.0 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

You can do it! As far as exercise classes, there is one Tues nights at the River now. You should come!

No WAY! I wish it was on some other night. I have a Tuesday exercise class I joined here at MAOG, but I hadn;t been going to it because of having a cold. So this week I didnt go because MAC whipped my keester.
